The Family Health Partnership Clinic in Crystal Lake

When the McHenry County Dental Clinic closed in August 2016, it left uninsured and low income adults with no place to turn for their dental health.

Several dentists have come together to ensure that this valuable healthcare is available to some of the most vulnerable in our community, and we need you to help us make this a reality.

The Family Health Partnership Clinic (FHPC) – a respected 20 year old non profit primary care clinic in Crystal Lake – has decided to expand its healthcare services to include the much needed dental services. With the guidance of Dr. Joe Hagenbruch and the dentists listed below, the FHPC has already completed a dental buildout on 2 rooms in its new 10,000 square foot clinic and is installing three dental chairs, 2 xrays and a Planmeca.

Now we need volunteer dentists, dental assistants and hygienists. That’s where you come in. Just four hours a month could make a significant difference in someone’s life.

Please contact Suzanne Hoban with any additional questions at 779-220-9315 or shoban@hpclinic.org.

If you already know that you would like to volunteer, please contact Volunteer Director, Kathy Rauch, krauch@hpclinic.org or her direct line at 779-220-9318. Thank you so much for your consideration.
