She is skilled at showing both the medical and dental communities that holistic modalities do have a place in quality patient care. She is the Qualitative Director of the largest biological practice in New Jersey. She is an international speaker on biological modalities.

10:00 AMBiological Dentistry: The Myths, The Truths, and The Science (2 CE)

This course will review the history, philosophy, and the evidence-based research behind Holistic Dentistry. I will discuss the how and why the movement started in the early 1980’s and why it is making such an impact on the future of dentistry today.  I will also discuss some basic protocols and modalities of holistic dentistry and how they make sense to incorporate in today’s practices to remain relevant in the ever-changing landscape of medicine and dentistry in the 21st century.

1:00 PM - Relieving Dental Anxiety Naturally: Pharmaceutical-Free Anxiolytic Alternatives for Treating Dental Anxiety (2 CE)

This course will explore anxiolytic alternatives to chemotherapeutics that are effective for patient management of dental fear.  Dental fear stops patients from seeking and accepting dental treatment or recommendations.  With this course, there are simple alternatives that are psychoactive, have no side effects and patients are able to function immediately.  This mode of treatment is increasing in demand due to the growing number of the population that are looking for alternative modalities tot the amount of $90 billion yearly.
